Prior to West Point: Played high school women’s basketball at Red Lion High School, located in Red Lion, Pennsylvania… Served as the captain of the team and earned YAIAA First Team honors her junior and senior season… Led the team to a YAIAA regular season championship in and a semifinal appearance in the YAIAA Girls' Basketball Tournament in her final season… Received YAIAA second team honors as early as her sophomore season… Gained AAU experience with the GUAA Philadelphia Comets… Off the court, Sedora was involved in the National Honors Society and executive council, plus was a distinguished honor role member and graduated from Red Lion magna cum laude… Her mother, Carolyn and her father, Andrew, both played basketball at Westchester University, with Carolyn also playing softball.
