WEST POINT, N.Y. - The No. 15 Army Black Knights outscored the Siena Saints 16-6 in the second half en route to a 20-10 victory on Wednesday at Michie Stadium.
GAME SUMMARY
A dominant third quarter propelled the Black Knights to victory. The game was knotted at 4-4 at halftime, and Army trailed 5-4 with 12 minutes left in the third quarter before reeling off eight straight goals as part of a 10-goal quarter.
Danny Kielbasa started the scoring run with his first goal of the season at the 11:23 mark. Bobby Abshire scored the game-winning goal 30 seconds later. It was then the Reese Burek show as he scored four straight goals in four minutes for a 10-5 Army lead with five minutes left in the quarter. Brendan Nichtern and Paul Johnson added goals as part of the 8-0 run for a 12-5 lead.
A man-up goal by Jacob Morin followed by Nichtern's third goal of the game wrapped up the 10-goal quarter by the Black Knights. Siena netted two goals early in the fourth quarter before Army answered with four straight goals including a pair by Morin. Alex Gekas and Jackson Eicher capped the scoring for the Black Knights.

CADET CAPSULES
- Brendan Nichtern put in another stellar performance. He finished with a career-high seven assists and a career-best 10 points. His seven assists are tied for the third-most in a single game in program history and are tied for the most in the nation this season. His 10 points are the third-most in a single game in program history and are tied for the second-most in the nation this season.
- Brendan Nichtern became the sixth Cadet in program history with 200 points. He now has 206 points which put him in fifth place. He sits in third place on the career assists list with 121 and 19th on the goals list with 85.
- Reese Burek had career-highs in goals with a game-high four, and a career-high in points with five.
- Paul Johnson finished with a hat-trick for the second straight game.
- Jacob Morin scored three goals which are a season-high.
- Will Coletti had a game-high six ground balls and won 8 of 13 faceoffs.
- Wyatt Schupler finished with 15 saves and a .652 save percentage.
