Army Travels to Florida to Face UConn, Bryant

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's tennis team is headed to Florida to face Connecticut and Bryant on Monday and Tuesday at the IMG Academy.
The Black Knights will face the Huskies on Monday and the Bulldogs on Tuesday. Both matches are scheduled to begin at 4:45 p.m.
ARMY (11-4, 0-0 Patriot League)
• The Black Knights enter the weekend after completing a 12-match home stand in which they went 11-1.
• Army enters its matches in the Sunshine State riding a seven-match winning streak.
• Rookie Hannah Boubel owns team-best marks in singles victories (24) and singles dual wins (7).
• Sasha Inchauste has won her last six singles matches.
• In doubles action, the team of Melanie Allen and Ana Joyner boast a team-best 16-9 record, including a 9-4 mark in the top dual flight.
CONNECTICUT (5-6, 0-2 AAC)
• UConn enters its trip to Florida on a three-match losing skid.
• The Huskies will play Drexel today at 4 p.m. prior to their meeting with the Black Knights.
• Jacqueline Lazaro and Yelyzaveta Pletnyeva sport team-best 19-6 records in singles play.
• Pletnyeva adds a 12-7 record in doubles, the best on the squad.
Bryant (4-4, 0-1 NEC)
• Bryant comes into its match against Army having dropped its last two to Boston U. and LIU Brooklyn, 7-0.
• Stefanie Arroyo holds a 7-5 mark in singles action.
• Arianna Oropeza sports a team-best 5-2 mark in doubles, including a 4-1 record in duals.
