Army Opens Home Slate Versus Marist

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's lacrosse team will host Marist for its home opener on Saturday at Michie Stadium.
The opening draw is slated for 11 a.m. as the front end of a doubleheader. The men's team will face Rutgers at 2:30 p.m.

• The Black Knights will play Marist in the home opener for the second straight year.
• Last season, Army captured a 13-12 victory over the Red Foxes, fueled by a seven-goal outburst by Rachel Hornick.
• Army opened its 2018 campaign with a 12-9 win at Monmouth on Saturday.
• Manuela Cortes led the way against the Hawks with four goals in the eighth hat trick of her career.

• Marist closed out last season by winning four of its last five games, falling to Fairfield in the MAAC semifinals.
