WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's lacrosse secured their sixth consecutive Patriot League Tournament berth with a 16-7 win over Holy Cross (5-9, 3-4 Patriot League) on Wednesday afternoon. For Army (11-3, 6-1 Patriot League), senior Allison Reilly earned eight points, her seventh game of the season with eight or more points.

- After a defensive stand and a clear, sophomore Sarah Wood buried a free-position shot at 12:58, giving the Black Knights the first of many. Holy Cross briefly tied it on a man-up goal, but Army immediately regained control behind back-to-back unassisted strikes from senior Allison Reilly at 8:09 and 6:18.
- From there, Army's ride and midfield pressure took over. Senior Lily Valentini converted a man-up free-position chance at 2:20, then added another goal off a feed from Reilly with 33 seconds left to close the quarter with a 5–1 lead. Reilly, Duffy, senior Sarah Chernik, and junior Kate Gallagher all forced turnovers during the opening frame as Army dictated tempo.
- The second quarter was Army's most dominant stretch. Valentini completed her hat trick just 60 seconds in, and freshman Thais Jackson added a free-position goal at 11:01 to make it 7–1. Senior Brigid Duffy scored off a setup from senior Chloe Garrett, and after Holy Cross momentarily stopped the run, junior Ryan Remaly answered with a man-up finish at 6:13. Valentini struck again at 2:53, Remaly added her second at 1:45, and Garrett capped the half with a goal from Reilly in the final 15 seconds to send Army into the break up 12–2.
- Army continued to roll after halftime. Wood opened the third with her second free-position goal, and Duffy and Reilly followed with unassisted tallies to stretch the lead to 15–2. Valentini added her fifth of the day early in the fourth, and Reilly buried another free-position shot at 12:44 to push the margin to 16–3. Valentini's sixth point of the afternoon came at 11:23 on a feed from Reilly, giving Army its final goal of the day.
- The Black Knights finished with 36 shots, 22 ground balls, and just nine turnovers, while holding Holy Cross to 11 shots on goal. Army also went 16-for-19 on clears and converted 6 of 7 free-position attempts.
- Valentini led the offense with 5 goals, while Reilly delivered a standout 4-goal, 4-assist, 8-point performance. Remaly and Wood each scored twice, Duffy added two goals and an assist, and Garrett contributed a goal and two assists. Defensively, Chernik posted five caused turnovers, and junior Jackie Braceland collected six ground balls.
