Frable, Stoddard Earn NWCA Scholar All-American Honors

MANHEIM, Pa. – Army West Point Wrestling's Wolfgang Frable and Lucas Stoddard have been named 2025 NCAA Division I Men's Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association.
One of the following criteria must be met to have been selected by the NWCA.
Frable—an NCAA qualifier and EIWA 5th place finisher at 197 pounds—recorded a 22-12 record on the season, with two falls, six technical falls and seven major decisions. The junior was 7-4 in duals and 5-2 in duals vs. EIWA opponents.
Stoddard—wrestling at 285 lbs—was 13-3 overall, going 5-1 in duals and 3-1 in EIWA dual matches.
In 2024-25, Army won the Star dual vs. Navy this year for the seventh time in 11 years, finished in a tie for third place overall at the EIWA Championships, won the Southern Scuffle team title and sent seven wrestlers to the NCAA Championships.
