Men's Rugby Announces 2023 Spring Schedule

WEST POINT, NY – Army West Point men's rugby has released its 2023 spring schedule, as announced by head coach Matt Sherman.
The slate features four contests in total ahead of the USA Rugby D1A National Championship Playoffs.
Army will begin with a west coast trip, taking on the University of California at 1:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, March 4th. The Black Knights will then head north to take on Central Washington on Wednesday, March 8th at 3:00 p.m. PT.
Army returns home to take on arch-rival Navy on Saturday, March 25th at 1:00 p.m. from Anderson Rugby Complex. The regular season will conclude with another matchup at West Point, taking on Arkansas State on Saturday, April 1 at 1:00 p.m.
The Division 1A National Championship Playoffs will begin the following weekend, with the first round matchups taking place on Saturday, April 8th. The quarterfinals and semifinals will follow the next two weekends, on April 15th and 22nd respectively. The National Championship game will take place on Saturday, May 6th from Aveva Stadium in Houston, Texas as Army will look to defend its National Championship from the 2022 season.
