Final Two Rounds of Dorado Beach Collegiate Cancelled

DORADO BEACH, Puerto Rico – The final two rounds of the Dorado Beach Collegiate tournament have been cancelled due to heavy rain.Â

Army's 1-over score in the first round for eighth place will be the Black Knights' final score for the event. Army finished ahead of No. 6 Notre Dame, Indiana, Michigan State, Boston College, Georgia State, Kentucky and Coastal Carolina. Louisville, the 21st-ranked team in the nation, won the tournament at 19-under with Kansas taking second at 12-under.
Tom Katsenes was Army's top finisher at 2-under par with an opening round 70 which put him 15th on the player leaderboard. James McKee recorded a 1-under 71 on the first day to join the group at 26th place.Â

The Black Knights are back in action on March 9-10 at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in South Carolina.Â
