2019-20 Non-League Schedule
WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point's Lee Anderson Head Men's Basketball Coach Jimmy Allen announced his squads 2019-20 non-league schedule on Thursday.
The 11-game slate includes five contests at Christl Arena and road meetings with a pair of opponents that competed and won a game in last year's NCAA Tournament.
Army will open the year on the road against the defending BIG EAST regular season and tournament champions, Villanova, on Nov. 5. That game against the Wildcats will air on Fox Sports 1. The Black Knights will then enjoy a three-game homestand and welcome Merchant Marine Academy (Nov. 8), service academy rival Air Force (Nov. 12) and Fairleigh Dickinson (Nov. 18).
Visits to Binghamton (Nov. 23) and Hudson Valley rival Marist (Nov. 30) then await the Cadets to close out the month before opening December with back-to-back home tilts against NJITÂ (Dec. 4) and LIU (Dec. 7).
The Black Knights will spend the rest of the non-league portion of their schedule on the road with three straight games away from Christl. The trip includes a stop in Buffalo, N.Y., on Dec. 14 against a Buffalo team that held the best record in the MAC, went 14-0 at home and won its conference tournament.
