Men's T&F to Battle at Wagner Invite

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's track and field team returns to action on Friday, at the Wagner Invitational on Staten Island.

The meet will be hosted by the Wagner College Seahawks at the Ocean Breeze Park Track and Field Athletic Complex.

Last year, the Black Knights started off their season at this meet, featuring a win in the 60-meter dash by Ben Sims. Lee Bares placed first in the pole vault, and Bradley Gibson captured first in the triple jump.

The Black Knights come to this meet after starting the season last month at home, at the Crowell Open. The team had a strong showing at that meet, winning four of the track events and taking first in five of the field events.
