Army to Compete at the Penn 8-Team Select

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's track and field team is on the road again to compete at the Penn 8-Team Select this weekend.

NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS
The Black Knights come to this meet from a three-meet weekend at the Ted Nelson Invitational, the Leonard Hilton Invitational, and the Great Dane Classic.

At the Ted Nelson Invite, the team had a strong showing, taking second place. Keagan Smith placed first in the one mile with a time of 4:09.61. His time leads the Patriot League and is currently ranked 35th in NCAA Division I. Ben Petrella also took first place in his event (5000-meters) with a time of 14:41.7.
