Women's Swim & Dive Set for Pair of Weekend Meets

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's swimming and diving team will compete in an action-packed weekend starting with a dual meet against Penn on Friday at 3 p.m., before heading to Fairfax, Va., to take part in a quad meet with American, Boston U., and George Mason the following day at noon.

- The Black Knights enter the weekend after picking up victories over Bucknell and Boston College last Saturday on senior day at Crandall Pool.
- The Cadets claimed 11 event victories in the meet.
- Army is 3-8 all-time against Penn, 1-3 against the Terriers, 12-2 against the Eagles and 3-7-1 versus George Mason.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
- Penn has swam to a 4-5 mark this season.
- The Quakers are coming off three straight losses to Ivy League foes, Yale, Brown and Harvard.
- To this point of the season, George Mason is 3-4.
- The Patriots have not seen action since the AT&T Winter Nationals from Nov. 30 through Dec. 2 in Columbus, Ohio.
- Boston U. is 2-5 this season and are coming off a 182-99 victory over Colgate on Jan. 13.
- The Terriers won 12 events over the Raiders.
- The Eagles carry a 2-5 record into the weekend.
- American was last defeated by Georgetown and George Washington in a tri-meet last Saturday.
