- The Black Knights were once again led offensively by Rachel Hornick who tallied four points on three goals and one assist.
- Samantha Stewart posted two goals and a helper, while Erin Jollota had one of each.
- Rilee Scott added two goals in the game as Kirsten Spencer, Juliana Dworschak and Kelsea Krauss each had one. Manuela Cortes rounded out today's scoring efforts with an assist.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- For the second consecutive game, the Black Knights jumped out with a quick goal to start off the contest.
- Hornick found Scott cutting in from the right elbow 49 seconds in. Hornick followed that up with a goal of her own from the same location and scored on the top shelf.
- The Terriers then put three in a row on the board, but the Black Knights responded with two more to retake the lead 4-3.
- Jollota first found Kraus on the opposite side of the crease for a goal before Stewart converted on an 8-meter with a bouncing shot between the legs of Caroline Meegan.
- Boston U. went on a 3-1 run to take the lead heading into halftime with Spencer scoring Army's lone goal in the run off a free position attempt.
- The Terriers came out strong in the second half and scored the first to goals back-to-back.
- However, Army went on a four-goal run to take a 9-8 lead in the game with 22:52 left.
- Hornick's 8-meter sparked the run as it appeared to be a change up to the Boston goalie as Hornick's initial shot was blocked and deflected in.
- Dworschak followed suit 13 seconds later with a draw control and a goal. Cortes then setup Scott for her second of the game on an 8-meter in a man-up opportunity.
- To close-out the run, Stewart grabbed the draw and fed Hornick who was cutting across the fan and scored high right.
- Boston snuck in a goal, but Jollota took things into her own hands with a righty crease roll to beat her defender and the keeper offside hip.
- The Terriers didn't stay quiet as they scored two-straight to retake the lead in the game at 11-10.
- Stewart retied the game 11-all with a bouncer, but Boston scored the game-winning goal with 2:06 on the clock to clinch the game.
- Army's final attempt was stopped barely by the feet of Meegan which deflected the ball just enough to avoid the goal line.
