Prior to West Point: Competed in high school volleyball at Arizona College Prep High School, located in Chandler, Arizona… Through her high school career, Jones was named 5A Region Defensive Player of the Year and received All-CUSD First Team, 5A East Sky All-Region First Team and 5A All-Conference Second Team honors… Brings ten years of club volleyball experience, playing at Revolution Volleyball Academy and East Valley Juniors… Went on to graduate high school cum laude and was a member of her school’s Athletic Leadership Council… Her father, Jason Jones, served in the Army as a specialist and played basketball at Scottsdale Community College… Her uncle, Ed Morales, served as a captain in the Marine Corps… Her grandfather, Mike Morales served in the Air Force, becoming a staff sergeant… Her mother, Sonia Jones, played volleyball collegiately at Grand Canyon University… Her other grandfather, Greg Jones, played football at the University of New Mexico.
