2017: Competed in two of five possible meets… placed third overall and third for the Black Knights at the Maine Dual, clocking a time of 18:56.2…placed 339th at the Paul Short Run with a time of 23:45.
2016: Competed in three of the six meets… Kicked off her collegiate career clocking 23:06 at the Paul Short Invitational… At the Patriot League Championships placed 54th with a time of 23:46.4.
High School: Deines comes to West Point from Villa Duchesne High School where she took 5th place in the 800-meter run at the 2016 Missouri State Track and Field Championships. Deines has personal bests of 2:15.34 in the 800 meters and 5:07.37 in the 1,600-meter run.
