2011-12 (JUNIOR): Eclipsed his previous career-best score off the 3-meter board during his junior year ... placed third off the 3-meter board versus Lehigh (Jan. 13) with a PR of 281.40 ... turned in a pair of top-five finishes in the tri-meet opposite Boston College and Stony Brook (Oct. 7), placing fourth off the 1-meter board and taking fifth in the 3-meter discipline ... authored two top-10 showings at the ECAC Championships (Feb. 24) ... finished fifth off the 1-meter board and was seventh in the 3-meter event ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the third straight year after posting a 3.685 grade point average during the spring semester.
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Shattered his previous personal-best scores off both boards during a productive sophomore season ... recorded his career-best score off the 1-meter board in Army's sweep of Patriot League rivals Colgate and Lafayette (Jan. 29), piling up 262.90 points and placing fourth overall ... posted a PR off the 3-meter board one week earlier in the Black Knights' victory over Drexel (Jan. 21) ... recorded a score of 278.68 points en route to a fourth-place showing versus the Dragons ... placed fifth off both boards in Army's non-scoring meet versus Marist and Syracuse (Oct. 15) ... racked up 205.72 points to place fifth off the 1-meter board and totaled 202.50 points to take fifth in the 3-meter event ... authored a sixth-place showing off the 3-meter board versus Colgate and Lafayette (246.90) ... posted a pair of seventh-place finishes against Columbia (Nov. 20), accumulating 214.12 points in the 1-meter event and 222.53 points in the 3-meter discipline ... selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the second year in a row after authoring a 3.47 grade point average during the spring semester.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Dove off both boards during a steady freshman campaign ... recorded personal bests in both disciplines in Army's meet at Georgetown (Jan. 22) ... posted a score of 232.13 in the 1-meter and authored a score of 232.43 in the 3-meter ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after posting a 3.31 grade point average during the spring semester.

PERSONAL: Vincent Michael Franchino was born Sept. 30, 1991 in Englewood, N.J. ... son of Robert and Holly Franchino ... has a brother, Robert Jr., and a sister, Heather ... uncle, Andrew Cappuccino, is famed spinal surgeon who operated on Buffalo Bills' tight end Kevin Everett, who fractured his spine during a game but was able to walk again in 2007 ... enjoys playing paintball, fishing, wake boarding and snowboarding in his free time ... majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
