Gunnar Fellows Named to 2026 Patriot League Men’s Lacrosse All-Academic Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The recognitions continue to roll in for the No. 14-ranked Army West Point men's lacrosse team as firstie Gunnar Fellows earned a spot on the 2026 Patriot League All-Academic Team as announced Thursday by the league office.
"I am happy for Gunnar and this outstanding recognition," commented Jack Emmer Head Coach Joe Alberici. "He has met every challenge in the classroom and on the field with a great attitude and intentionality. He is a tremendous leader through words and most importantly through his actions."
Fellows, a member of the 2025 Patriot League All-Academic Team, earned his second consecutive recognition to the team after an impressive regular season campaign in his senior season.
The Highlands Ranch, Colo. native earned a 3.32 cumulative GPA towards his degree in Applied Statistics and Data Science while leading a young Army attacking line.
Fellows stands tied for second on the team in total points this season with 45 from a team-second 30 goals and a team-third 15 assists.
His scoring ability has helped Army out-score its opponents 286-165 points over 14 games played.
Fellows also stands fourth on the team with 26 ground balls to help Army maintain control of the ball against its opponents with 424 ground balls from the whole team this season compared to 374 ground balls for its opponents.
"Gunnar is an ultimate winner – his hard work, discipline and talent have left an indelible mark in our program," said Alberici.
