Post Meet Reactions
"Tonight was a fun way to start the season. We swam a different line up and focused on the importance of racing and getting your hand on the wall. The crowd was amazing and really helped fuel the energy we love to see at home meets.
The Skins competition was fun and challenging, but it also gave our team a chance to swim through the pain and grit out tough races.
Overall, I'm very happy with the way we competed. Next year, I hope more teams chose to suit up and join us in some early season fast swimming. We love competing against these teams and wish them the best in their seasons." – Director of Swimming & Diving Brandt Nigro
"Today was an electric start to our season. The energy and effort put forth by both the men and the women was incredible and I can't wait to see how it carries through the rest of the season.
Every dual meet is an opportunity for us to get up and go fast and we definitely did that today. I'm super excited for everything that is to come this season. We're just getting started." - Kira MacMullan
"Today's meet was so exciting and an insane environment to be a part of. The anticipation of it being my first collegiate meet and watching the whole team bring a ton of energy was an incredible experience. I'm really happy with how we swam today, and the meet was a great learning moment to kick off the rest of my college career." - Eli Edmondson
