Baseball’s Ellis, Schreck Named to Academic-All League Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point Baseball's Ethan Ellis and Thomas Schreck were named to the 2025 Academic All-Patriot League Team.
Schreck—a senior from Needville, Texas majoring in Applied Statistics and Date—has started all 45 games to date at shortstop, hitting a team-best .311 with three home runs.
Ellis—also a senior in the program majoring in operations research—has played in 96 career games and started in 82 contests. The San Diego, Calif. native went a combined 4-for-8 across the final three games of the regular season, drawing a trio of walks and crossing the plate three times.
All team members must have a 3.2 or better cumulative GPA as an undergraduate and/or graduate student, if applicable, at their respective institutions to qualify.
Army opens the postseason Saturday at Navy, for Game 1 of the best-of-three Patriot League semifinal series.
