Baseball Hosts Lehigh for Three-Game Series

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point Baseball will host Lehigh for three games this weekend. Due to weather, Saturday's previously scheduled doubleheader is now slated for a single game, beginning at 3:00 p.m. Sunday is now a scheduled doubleheader with a 12:00 p.m. Game 1 start time.
This weekend's games are part of a season-long eight-game homestand for the Black Knights.
The games will be streamed on ESPN+.
Notes and Storylines
» Army defeated Marist April 9, on a walk-off popup from William Parker that was lost in the evening lights and fell on the right side of the infield to score Chris Barr from second base with two outs.
» Army's last 12 games in Patriot League play have each been part of doubleheaders. The Black Knights are 7-5 across this stretch.
» Army split a March 23 doubleheader at Lehigh the last time the squads met. In Game 1, Army defeated Lehigh 12-3 behind a Jack Quinlan three-run homer and a Bryce Brownlee seven-inning complete game. However, Army could not finish the twin bill sweep in the nightcap, falling 2-0.
» Three Black Knights have tossed a combined four complete games on the mound this year, each in seven-inning games. Those complete games include Justin Lehman at Navy (March 15), Brownlee at Lehigh (March 23) Andrew Berg vs. Navy (March 28) and Berg once more at Holy Cross (April 4).
