No. 5 Men's Lacrosse Falls to Colgate 14-11

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The No. 5 Army West Point men's lacrosse team fell to Colgate by a score of 14-11 on Saturday afternoon at Michie Stadium.
The Black Knights never held the lead and were affected by the Raiders 10-man ride the entire day. The 24 turnovers for Army are the most in a single game this season.
When the Cadets got a clean look at the net, the Colgate goal was outstanding. He made 18 saves to have a save percentage of .621.
Jackson Eicher had an impressive game for Army, scoring four goals and dishing our three assists, tying a career high seven points. Will Coletti was also dominant at the faceoff x going 22-28. That is the third most faceoff wins in a single game in program history. He also added on 10 ground balls to bring his career total to 357. Gunnar Fellows also added on a hat trick. Christian Fournier had a career high five caused turnovers.
Army now turns its attention to the biggest game of the year, Army-Navy for the Star Series presented by USAA on Saturday April 13 at 1 pm on CBS Sports Network. Fans are encouraged to wear white to the game.
