"This tournament is an awesome opportunity for the team to build chemistry and skills," said Elijah Manges. "7s is such a unique game that requires creativity and cohesion. These games will be great opportunities to compete and develop as individuals and as a team, and we are really excited to play this weekend."
The top two teams in each pool will play in the quarterfinals starting at 6 pm. Quarterfinal winners will play in the semifinal and championship the following day.
"We are bringing a relatively younger team this tournament due to injuries," Jonny Haley said. "However, I am extremely excited for this tournament and the group of guys we are taking. The past couples of week we have worked hard to learn the game of 7s and attack the physical challenge of the game. This is going to be an awesome weekend of rugby and opportunity to continue improving our team as a whole."
