Kayley Ragazzini Named Patriot League Field Athlete of the Week

BETHELEHEM, PA - Army West Point track & field junior Kayley Ragazzini was named Patriot League Field Athlete of the Week, announced today by the league.
Ragazzini had a well-rounded performance at the Penn Challenge, landing in the top-five in three separate throwing events. Ragazzini grabbed third-place in both the hammer throw (54.93m) and shot put (14.05m) at Franklin Field on Saturday. Her 44.50m discus throw also marked a fifth-place showing.
The week prior, Ragazzini saw second-place finishes in both the shot put and hammer at the Ben Brown Invite. She posted a 14.95m shot put and 54.55m hammer throw in Fullerton.
Army will return for the annual outdoor star meet on Saturday, April 1 from Annapolis, MD.
