Cooper Jackson Named Female Player of the Week

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point tennis player Cooper Jackson was named the Patriot League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the first time this season, it was announced on Tuesday.
Jackson defeated Sacred Heart's Katsiaryna Starastsenka in the singles match in two sets (6-4, 7-6).
The Tampa, Fla. native and Paige Herremans also defeated Sacred Heart's Vitalina Golod and Kim Fenton in their doubles match with a final score of 6-2. Jackson and Herremans were bested by Binghamton's Natalia Aruj and Loren Cuomo (4-3).
Moving forward, the Black Knights split their forces, hosting Rutgers on Friday, February 3 at 1:00 p.m. and will also face Seton Hall at Murray Hill Tennis & Fitness on Friday, February 3 at 7 p.m.
