Golf Moves Up to 4th in PL Championship

HELLERTOWN, Pa. - The Army West Point golf team moved up to fourth place after round two of the Patriot League Championship.

The Black Knights shot a team score of 298 (+10) and currently is 23-over for the tournament and in a tie with Lehigh on the team leaderboard. Carlo Pizzano of Loyola shot the low round of the weekend so far with a 4-under 68 in round two to take the individual lead heading into Sunday.

- John Heckel Jr. is Army's top golfer after two rounds and sits in a tie for 10th on the player leaderboard.
- Heckel Jr. is 5-over for the tournament and shot a 3-over 75 in round two.
- Samuel Kim moved up the player board with a 2-over 74 in round two.
- Kim is in a tie for 17th at 7-over through two rounds.
- Joshua Kim also shot a 2-over 74 in round two, to tie with Samuel Kim for the team's best on Saturday.
- Joshua Kim and Tom Katsenes both had four birdies on Saturday to lead the team.
