Inside the Box
Coach's Corner
"The difference in the game is Yale came out in the second half and executed, we did not. We were comfortable with the lead, and they came out like they wanted to take a win from us and that's exactly what they did to us. I thought our defense did not get stops and we need to get stops. I thought we had too many fog outs in transition, we still are not understanding the importance of multiple stops, especially when the games on the line. Offensively, we had turnovers in key moments, we had wide open three-point shots that unfortunately we did not make. But there are some bright spots and Kamryn Hall being one of them, she went off tonight obviously, 20 points. Her rebounding was sensational, her defense was very good, she got a little gassed at the end, but we need her to play those type of minutes, that's what's going to be expected from her. I'm very proud of Kamryn. Reese continues to be our floor general and get better and better each game, she's going to continue to learn and get better. Sabria played her heart out as usual; they were all over her tonight, they were long, they were lanky, they threw two-three different players at her, she gave us everything she had." -Head Coach Missy Traversi
