SETTING THE SCENE
• The Black Knights return back to Michie Stadium this week to host Mercer (0-1) after a 28-16 victory on the road at UTSA on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 12 p.m. ET.
• The Black Knights are riding a three-game winning streak into Saturday's contest.
•The Black Knights have won 23 games at Michie Stadium since 2016.
• The game will be televised live on CBS Sports Network, with Ben Holden, Ross Tucker and Tina Cervasio.
• The game will also be broadcast live on the Army Sports Network by Rich DeMarco and Dean Darling on the call. Fans can follow along on TuneIn Radio starting with the Tailgate Show at 10 a.m. ET.
FACING THE MERCER BEARS
• The Black Knights and Bears have faced off one previous time in program history, in 1933, when Army won, 19-6 at home.
• The Black Knights are 11-2 against FCS opponents under seventh-year head coach Jeff Monken and have won the last 10-straight.
• The Black Knights and Bears have a common opponent this season, as they are set to play ACU on Oct. 31.
OFF TO A 5-1 START
• This is just the fourth time since 1970 that Army has won at least five games in its first six tilts.
• The Black Knights started the 1996 seasons with a 6-0 record, so the 2020 5-1 start is the best since 1996.
• They also opened the 1985 and 1988 seasons with a 5-1 record.
100 YARD RUSHING CLUB
• This is 16th season where Army has had four different players have a 100-yard rushing game. Four of those seasons have occurred in the Monken era (2020, 2019, 2017, 2015).

- Jemel Jones, 138 yards vs. ACU (Oct .3)
- Tyrell Robinson, 126 yards vs. ACU (Oct. 3)
- Anthony Adkins, 101 yards at UTSA (Oct. 17)
RUSHING GAME STRONG
• For the fourth time this season, that the Cadets picked up 300+ rushing yards at UTSA. Army is averaging 310 rushing yards per game on the year, third-best nationally.
• Anthony Adkins' 66-yard touchdown run, which marked the longest play from scrimmage this season for the Black Knights and the longest rush of his career. He finished the day with 101 rushing yards on eight attempts, to mark his first career 100-yard rushing game.
• Tyrell Robinson is one of just two players in the nation to have more than 290 rushing yards on fewer than 35 carries. He is currently averaging 9.0 yards per carry.
