WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army West Point men's lacrosse team is ranked in this week's national polls. The Black Knights are 19th in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and are 18th in the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll.
Army is now 9-4 on the year with two wins against nationally ranked teams. The Black Knights defeated UMass in the season opener before routing Rutgers in more non-conference action. The Cadets are 2-2 against ranked opponents this season and have defeated a team ranked inside the top-10.
The Black Knights complete the regular season Friday with a game against NJIT. Army will then set its sight on the Patriot League Tournament.
