Black Knights Charge Ahead in National Rankings

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army West Point men's lacrosse team ranks 16th in this week's national rankings. The Black Knights remain 16th in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and charged ahead one spot to 16th in the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll.
Army is now 8-2 on the year with two wins against nationally ranked teams. The Black Knights defeated UMass in the season opener before routing Rutgers in more non-conference action. The Cadets are 2-1 against ranked opponents this season and have defeated a team ranked inside the top-10.
Army is set to face Loyola at the end of April, a squad that currently sits at No. 2/3 this week.
The Black Knights return to Michie Stadium Saturday to host Boston University at 12 p.m.
