Black Knights Blank Robert Morris on the Road

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Backed by Trevin Kozlowski's 25 saves, the Army West Point hockey team dominated Robert Morris on the road Saturday with a 4-0 shutout victory.
It marked Kozlowski's first-career shutout as the Black Knights went up 1-0 in the weekend series with the Colonials.
Anthony Firriolo extended his scoring streak to three in a row after posting a career-high two assists tonight.

- The Black Knights charged ahead 1:18 into the action with a tipped goal by Kevin Dineen.
- Army continued on the hot streak after a power play score by Brett Abdelnour with 4:31 remaining in the opening period.
- Firriolo produced the primary assists on the opening goals of the game.
- Alex Wilkinson scored in the opening minutes of the second stanza also on the power play.
- The Black Knights fought on for the remainder of the game and posted an empty net goal by Dominic Franco with 4:14 left in the action to put Army ahead 4-0.

- Kozlowski recorded his first-career shutout.
- It was the first shutout for the Black Knights since doing so over Air Force on Mar. 10, 2018.
- Army shut out Robert Morris for the first time since Jan. 4, 2013 (5-0).

- It was the 11th time in the 2019-20 season that a Cadet had a multi-assist game.
