Suppiah Garners Academic All-League Accolades

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Sophomore goalkeeper Jacob Suppiah of the Army West Point men's soccer team was named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team on Monday afternoon.
Suppiah, who is a space science major and nuclear science minor, has compiled a cumulative grade-point average as 3.869. The Memphis, Tenn., native made his first collegiate start on Oct. 5 at Lehigh and posted the first shutout of his career in a 0-0 draw.
In his seven matches played, he posted a 2-1-3 record with 18 saves and two shutouts. Suppiah recorded a .750 save percentage and .880 goals-against average.
