Eric Lusskin Named to Patriot League Academic All-League Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – After a strong senior season, Army West Point men's soccer senior Eric Lusskin was named to the Patriot League Men's Soccer Academic All-League Team, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.
Luskin, a native of Long Valley, N.J., is a Mechanical Engineering major and has put together a remarkable 4.11 cumulative GPA. He proved to be a crucial member of this year's team, one that had its most successful season since 2022. Lusskin found himself thrust into the starting lineup for the final six games of the season and played a key role in the team's victories.
In his six starts, Army put together three shutouts and a 3-2-1 record. Against Loyola Maryland on Oct. 31, Lusskin had his first 3-point game of his career, which included his first collegiate goal.
Off the field, Lusskin has earned a plethora of academic achievements. He has been named to the Dean's List in all six of his completed semesters, a recipient of the Distinguished Cadet Award in 2023 and 2024, a recipient of the Superintendent's Award in 2024 and 2025, a member of the 2024 Patriot League Men's Soccer Academic All-League Team, the September 2023 Scholar-Athlete by the Center for Enhanced Performance and a member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
