Army Welcomes Penn for EIWA Opener

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point wrestling team begins its Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) dual season when the University of Pennsylvania comes to Gillis Field House on Sunday. The dual is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

ARMY (1-3, 0-0 EIWA)
• Army won last year's dual versus Penn, 18-14, fueled by winning four-straight bouts to take an 18-7 lead with two matches remaining.
• Last time out, the Cadets posted a 1-2 showing at the UNC Duals on Jan. 5, picking up their first win of the season with a come-from-behind victory over Duke, 23-20.
• Sophomore 174-pounder Ben Harvey earned a perfect 2-0 record at the event, in addition to picking up a key six points with a forfeit victory over the Blue Devils.
• Junior Rocco Caywood and sophomore Noah Stewart lead the team with 12 wins apiece, while sophomore Trey Chalifoux boasts a team-high three dual victories.
• Stewart and rookie Lane Peters have collected bonus points on nine occasions, the most on the team.
