Army Hosts Friday Doubleheader

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point women's tennis team will host Fordham and St. Bonaventure on Friday for its weekend doubleheader at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
Fordham comes to West Point sporting a record of 4-1, while St. Bonaventure is 3-7 in 2017.
ARMY (7-4, 0-0 PL)
• The Black Knights are 19-17 against Fordham and 9-0 against St. Bonaventure.
• Sophomore Kirby Einck leads the team in singles victories with 12.
• Junior Bridget Guenard has been the most consistent Cadet in dual action, compiling a singles record of 5-2 in singles.
• Einck is tied with senior co-captain Allyson Hayley with a team-high 13 doubles wins.
• Sophomore Melanie Allen leads the team in top-flight singles victories with three, while posting a team-best six doubles wins.
• Senior co-captain Nancy Porter leads the team with four wins in the top doubles flight.
FORDHAM (4-1, 0-0 A10)
• Fordham is riding a three-match winning streak after topping Rutgers, NJIT and Hofstra.
• Gianna Insogna leads the Rams with 13 singles wins.
• Carina Ma has paced Fordham from the top singles spot with a record of 4-1.
• The Rams' best doubles team is Mayu Soto and Estelle Wong, who have six wins.
ST. BONAVENTURE (3-7, 0-1 A10)
• The Bonnies have dropped four out of their last six matches.
• Dominique Mortier leads the team with six wins in singles play.
