Black Knights Shut Out Wagner and Providence

WEST POINT, N.Y./PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Army West Point women's tennis team opened its four-match weekend with 7-0 shutout victories over Wagner and Providence on Friday afternoon.
The Black Knights improved to 5-3 on the season, while the Seahawks fell to 6-2 and the Friars dropped to 3-4 in 2017.

- Senior co-captain Nancy Porter made her debut in the top singles flight with a come-from-behind victory against Wagner.

- Freshman Stella Fedele made her duals debut in the sixth flight opposite the Seahawks.
- Einck teamed up with freshman Gloria Son for their fifth doubles win of the season in doubles action.
