EL PASO, TEXAS – The Army West Point golf team remains in ninth place after day two of the Price's Give 'Em Five Invitational, hosted by UTEP.

The Black Knights lowered their team score by 11 strokes, shooting a 289 to give them a 36-hole team score of 589 (+13).

Matt Plunkett recorded a two-under-par 70 to lead Army while Peter Kim carded a one-under-par 71. The duo has 36-hole scores of 144 and 143 respectively.

UTEP leads after day number two with a team scorer of 20-under-par.

The final 18 holes will begin tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. CT.
