WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's basketball team looks for its fourth straight win on Wednesday night when it takes on Bryant in Smithfield, R.I. The game begins at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast online on NECFrontRow.com.

STORYLINES
Tuesday marks the 50th anniversary of former Army head coach Bob Knight's first coaching victory, a 71-62 win over Worcester Tech (12/8/65). Knight coached six seasons at West Point and led the Black Knights to a 102-50 record before eventually compiling a 902-371 career record over 42 seasons at Indiana (29 years) and Texas Tech (seven years).
Army has made at least 10 three-pointers in seven straight games and is averaging 10.9 three-point field goals per contest this season, which is sixth in the country. Kyle Wilson is fourth in the nation in threes per game with 4.13. As a team, Army is shooting 41.4 percent from three-point range (63-of-152), which ranks 19th in the nation. Adam Roe (10-of-16, 62.5 percent) and Kennedy Edwards (11-of-19, 57.9 percent) occupy the top two spots in the Patriot League for three-point shooting percentage. Edwards is the reigning Patriot League Player of the Week after his career-high 21-point showing in Army's win at Maine.
Army has the top scoring offense in the Patriot League (86.6 points per game) and leads the conference in scoring margin (+9.8).
Seniors Tanner Plomb and Kyle Wilson have each scored in double figures in the first eight games of the season. Wilson set a new career standard with 36 points on eight three pointers in the win over FDU and Plomb netted a career-best 31 points in the OT win over Gardner-Webb.
Wilson scored 15 points in the win over Arkansas - Pine Bluff to become the fifth player in Academy history to reach 1,600 career points. He now has 1,637 career points.
Plomb has 967 career points going into Tuesday's game and is looking to become the 30th player in Academy history to score 1,000 points. Multiple players from the same graduating class to reach the 1,000-point mark include 1981 graduates Bob Brown (1,282) and Marty Coyne (1,126) and 1990 graduates Todd Mattson (1,122) and Steve Rothert (1,054).
Senior point guard Dylan Cox is among the nation's leaders in assists per game. Cox leads the Patriot League and is tied for eighth in the country with an average of 7.3 assists per night. In his first two games of the year, Cox set and equaled a career high with 11 assists against Fairleigh Dickinson and George Washington.
Together, Wilson and Plomb were the top scoring duo in the Patriot League in 2014-15 with an average of 33.3 points per game. Wilson was first in scoring in the conference at 17.5 points per game, while Plomb ranked fourth overall with a 15.8 points per game average. Plomb (20.4) and Wilson (19.5) are the top two scorers in the Patriot League in 2015-16.
Kevin Ferguson's 63.1 percent career field-goal percentage (368-of-538) is third among active NCAA Division I players. Belmont's Evan Bradds leads the list with a 68.4 career-field goal percentage. Jalen Billups of Northern Kentucky is second at 63.6 percent for his career.
Kevin Ferguson and Larry Toomey each played in their 100th career games against Maine. Kyle Wilson is the next player set to play in his 100th career game, with 99 entering Tuesday's contest.
