Men's Basketball's Ryan Curry Receives MWBA All-Met Honorable Mention

NEW YORK — Junior guard Ryan Curry received his second postseason honor of the 2025-26 season on Wednesday, being named to the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MWBA) All-Met Honorable Mention team.
Ryan Curry earns the Honorable Mention after competing against 21 colleges and universities, and more than 300 athletes, under the MBWA Division I men's umbrella.
The junior started in all 31 games he played, averaging team-highs in points a game (13.3), assists a game (4.5), steals a game (1.1) and minutes a game (33.9) while also adding 4.1 rebounds a game.
Curry finished 21 games in double figures, five games with 20 or more points, 14 games with five or more assists, 12 games with three or more 3-pointers and four games with five or more 3-pointers, all the best marks on the team.
He was named the Patriot League Player of the Week for the first time of his career on Dec. 29, 2025. He eclipsed 1,000-career points and 300 career assists milestones against Holy Cross on Jan. 14, 2026. He was ultimately named to Patriot League All-League Third Team, the first All-League Team Honor of his career.
Ryan Curry also his junior season sixth in program history in career assists (356), eighth in made three-pointers (222) and 27th in career points (1,150).
