Golf Improves at UTEP Invitational

ROUND TWO RESULTS | ROUND THREE TEE TIMES
EL PASO, Texas – After round two of the Price's Give 'Em Five Invitational hosted by UTEP, the Army West Point golf team jumped up four places. The Black Knights combined for a six-over score of 582 to sit at T11 along with service academy rival Air Force.
Kansas leads the field with a 21-under score of 555 and is closely followed by Marquette (-20) and UTEP (-19).
Marcus Plunkett leads the Black Knights at T28 after carding 74-69—143 (-1). Dean Sakata follows at T34 after recording 144 strokes, while Peter Kim ranks T52 at three-over. Nick Turner totaled 73-75—148 and Parker Harris sits at 10-over going into the third day of competition.
The final round features an 8:15 a.m. (MT) shotgun start at the Butterfield Trail Course.
