Women’s Tennis Concludes Year at ITA Regionals

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Members of the Army West Point women's tennis team will travel to Hanover, N.H., to compete in the ITA Regional Tournament, capping off the fall 2015 slate.
Traveling with the Black Knights will be Carolyn Pitman, Kirby Enick, Rugile Valuniate, Eva Sung, Nancy Porter and Gabriella Spindler.
Pitman, Enick and Valuniate will all compete in singles action, while the pairings of Pitman and Sung, Einck and Porter and Valiunaite and Spindler will take to the doubles competition.
Valiunaite will compete against Shea Falnagan of UConn and Einck will battle with Thandiwe Kangwa of Seton Hall in the qualifying round, while Pitman already finds herself seeded into the main draw of the tournament.
The tournament will kick off on Thursday, Oct. 22 and will conclude on Tuesday, Oct. 27, will all matches to be played at Boss Tennis Center on the campus of Dartmouth University. The Big Green will host 37 of the top teams in the Northeast.
