Tom Pinder is entering his 23rd year with Army West Point sprint football, and his fourth as the Defensive Coordinator. Pinder coached the Army Sprint team for nineteen years before returning to high school football in 2004.
He was the Defensive coordinator for the Cornwall High School football team in Cornwall, N.Y., before rejoining the Black Knights in 2013 when he helped the Black Knights go undefeated for the second-consecutive season. Pinder’s defense duplicated this performance in 2015 when he led Army to one of its best defensive teams in history. The Black Knights started the year with five shutouts and went 23-straight quarters without surrendering a point.
Tom is married to his wife, Barbara, and they have one daughter. The Pinder’s reside in Venice, Fla.
