Indoor 2019-20: Opened the season with a win in the 3000m...placed sixth in the DMR and seventh in the 3000m at the Penn State National Open.
Cross Country 2019: Finished 20th at the Army-Navy Star Meet and 34th at the Patriot League Championship.
Outdoor 2019: Opened the outdoor campaign with a fifth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Occidental Distance Carnival...placed second in the 3000m at the UC Irvine Spring Break Classic...finished third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Army-Navy Star Meet...finished 12th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Patriot League Championships...closed out the season with a third place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the West Point Twilight.
Indoor 2018-19: Opened the season with a 23rd place finish in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge...placed third in the 5000m at the Keydet Invitational...placed third in the 3000m at the Fastrack National Invitational.
Cross Country 2018: Placed fifth at the Maine Dual, clocking in at 25:49.9...finished 14th at the Army Open, crossing at 24:56.8...clocked in at 25:21.8 at the Army-Navy Star Meet, finishing 11th...placed 25th at the Patriot League Championship, crossing the line at 26:54.8.
Outdoor 2018: Started the season at the Penn Challenge placing 23rd in the 1500m run...At the Army Navy Outdoor Star Meet placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase... Ended the season at the West Point Twilight Meet and earned a fifth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase.
Indoor 2017-18: Started the season at the Wagner Invite and finished 36th in the mile... Plaed 42nd in the 3000m run at the Great Dane Classic... Took 18th in the 3000m run at the Penn 8-Team Select... Ended the season at the Fasttrack National Invite by placing 11th in the 3000m run.
Cross Country 2017: Competed in three meets in the 2017 season… placed 15th at the Maine Dual with a time of 26:24.7… at the Navy dual placed 13th overall with a time of 24:34.9…clocked in at 25:37.25 at the Patriot League Championships which was good of 34th place.
