HONORS AND ACCOLADES
2019: Served as team captain during his firstie year ... went 5-14 in singles action to finish up the spring season ... opened up the season with a 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 win over John Carlin of Michigan State ... took down Benny Glezer of Loyola in league play, 6-1, 6-2 ... followed that up with another straight sets victory over Christopher Gladden of Marist, 6-3, 6-3 ... had a three-set battle with Jack Martin-Dyer of Lehigh, coming out on top, 7-5, 0-6, 6-4 ... went 1-1 during the Patriot League Tournament, with a win over Benny Glezer of Loyola in the quarterfinals ... along with David Gorshein, the duo led the Black Knights with 14 doubles victories.
2018: Finished his junior season 11-12 overall in singles in the No. 4 spot … in doubles went 7-11 as the third flight … earned Patriot League Academic All-League honors, and Second Team All-Patriot League accolades.
2017: During his sophomore campaign went 11-9 with the majority of play coming at the No. 4 flight… Went 3-1 in Patriot League play and 3-0 in the Patriot League Championships… In doubles play went 12-6 overall at the No. 3 flight… Collected 4-1 in Patriot League play and 2-1 in the Patriot League Championships.
2016: Began his plebe year going 10-5 overall during the spring season in singles play ... went 3-0 in Patriot League play ... finished the year on a five match win streak ... went 3-0 during the Patriot League Tournament, with wins over Loyola (6-2, 6-4), Bucknell (6-7 (5), 6-1, 6-0), and Navy (3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2) ... had a 4-3 record in doubles play.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Kent Denver in Denver, Colo., for two years before heading to the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. … is the first male student-athlete to come to West Point from the IMG Academy … Nikiay Comer, freshman on the Army West Point women’s soccer team, is the only other IMG Academy product to attend the academy … a Colorado 4A State Champion in 2011 … became the first freshman in Colorado to win the state title at No. 1 singles … a St. Lucia ITF singles champion in 2014 … a four-star recruit who was considered the top men’s tennis recruit born in the Mountain region and state of Colorado in the class of 2015 … a member of the National Honor Society.
