2014-15: Army's top diver during his senior campaign … earned All-Patriot League Second Team honors … placed second on the 1-meter at the Patriot League Championships … earned a mark of 294.20 … finished fifth on the 3-meter with a score of 262.65 … recorded career-best scores off both boards in the tri-meet with Colgate and Lafayette … earned 333.30 points on the 1-meter and 316.50 on the 3-meter … branched into Infantry.
2013-14: Successfull junior campaign...placed fifth in the 1-meter at the Patriot League Championships with a score of 272.55...finished seventh in the 3-meter also at the Patriot League Championships by scoring a 279.30 ... had a first place finish in the 1-meter (267.15) and 3-meter (293.50) against Boston U ... posted a first place score in the 1-meter versus UCONN (264.52) and a second place finish in the 3-meter (240.75) ... nearly broke his PR in the 1-meter at the Army-Navy meet with a score of 309.07.2012-13: Enjoyed an outstanding sophomore campaign by scoring points off both boards throughout the season...pulled in a fourth-place finish in the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 23) in the 1-meter...finished runner-up in the meet versus Lehigh (Jan. 11) posting a career-best score of 309.52 in the 1-meter...pulled in two top-10 finishes in the quad meet versus Boston, Rowan and VMU (Oct. 5) on both boards...posted two third-place finishes with the same score (278.50) on both boards in the tri-meet with Colgate and Lafayette (Jan. 26)...put forth a fifth place finish in the 1-meter board in the met versus Delaware (Jan. 18)...had an impressive performance in the meet against Bucknell (Jan. 12) with a third-place finish on the 1-meter board and a second-place finish for a career-best score of 314.10 off the 3-meter...took home a fourth place finish off the 1-meter in the meet against Navy (Dec. 6)...posted two sixth-place finishes in the tri-meet versus LIU Post and Columbia (Nov. 17)...pulled in a sixth-place finish off the 1-meter and a third place finish off the 3-meter at Buffalo (Nov. 10)...took the gold off the 1-meter with a score of 303.65 and the bronze in the 3-meter in the tri-meet against American and George Mason (Jan. 19).
2011-12: Capped a productive freshman season by scoring points off both boards at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 16) ... finished sixth off the 3-meter and eighth off the 1-meter ... posted a personal-best score of 305.80 during the preliminaries of the 1-meter event ... scored points off both boards at the ECAC Championships (Feb. 24), finishing fourth off the 3-meter and eighth off the 1-meter ... placed runner-up off the 1-meter against Navy (Dec. 8) ... finished runner-up off the 3-meter against Connecticut (Nov. 5), racking up a career-best score of 309.38 ... finished runner-up off the 3-meter and fourth off the 1-meter versus Lehigh (Jan. 13) ... earned the silver off the 3-meter at Marist (Oct. 14) and opposite Drexel (Jan. 20) ... also placed fifth off the 1-meter against the Dragons ... finished third off the 3-meter during the tri-meet versus Colgate and Lafayette (Jan. 28) ... placed fourth off the 1-meter against Bucknell (Jan. 14) ... was fifth off the 3-meter at Columbia (Nov. 19) ... advanced to the NCAA Zone "A" Championships.

Personal: Joshua Casimir Urnezis was born Nov. 2, 1992 in Maui, Hawaii ... parents are John and Deanna Urnezis ... has one brother, Tommy (17) and one sister, Dolly (23) ... did not start diving until high school ... isn't afraid of anything ... came to West Point because it is the best school in the country with amazing opportunities, also wanted to serve his country ... favorite spot on Post is the Point/Firstie ... prefers South Gate and Grant Hall over the mess hall ... enjoys playing the guitar, surfing, cliff diving, wake boarding and snowboarding ... dream relay team would be with a pad of dolphins ... wants to invent "The Flying Hawaiian" dive ... loves the swim/dive team because it works the hardest both mentally and physically ... loves being with his team ... majoring in interdisciplinary science with a focus on life science.
