2014-15: Team co-captain during senior campaign … competed for Army at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships … placed 11th in the 200 breast with after touching the wall in 2:03.74 … clocked a 56.87 in the 100 breast to tie for 12th place … finished sixth in the 200 breast in the dual-meet against rival Navy with a season-best time of 2:04.36 … placed third in both the 100 and 200 breast in the tri-meet with Colgate and Lafayette … branched into Medical Service Corps.
2013-14: 2014 Patriot League Spring Academic Honor Roll ... successful season in the breaststroke ... had the team's second-best time (55.95) in the 100 breast from the Army-Navy meet ... clocked the team's third-best 200 breast time (2:02.26) at the Patriot League Championships where he placed seventh ... touched the wall first in the 100 breast against UMASS ... posted first place finishes against Columbia in the 100 and 200 breast.

Personal: Joonmo Chung was born Nov. 30, 1992 in Seoul, South Korea ... parents are Dooyoul Chung and Soomee Park ... has one brother, Daniel (13) and one sister, Stella (24) ... moved to the United States when he was three years old and now calls Novi, Mich., home ... has trained in Tae Kwon Do and currently holds a fourth degree black belt ... has overcome several injuries over the course of his career ... hobbies include playing the piano, listening to music and spending time with teammates ... enjoys the Italian wrap in the mess hall ... best swim advice was from his father, "just swim fast" ... majoring in interdisciplinary science.
