2011-12 (JUNIOR): Excelled in the pool as a junior, earning All-Patriot League first-team plaudits for a second consecutive season ... accumulated 42 points at the conference meet (Feb. 16) to take home first-team laurels ... placed eighth in the 200-yard individual medley with a clocking of 1: 52.15 ... recorded a personal-best time in the preliminaries of that event, touching the wall in the third-fastest time in Academy history (1:51.88) ... finished third in the 100-yard butterfly (48.08) at Patriots ... time of 47.82 in the preliminaries of that event broke the 13-year-old Academy record and met the NCAA "B" cut ... capped his weekend by placing fourth in the 200 fly, touching the wall in 1:49.55 ... was also a member of Army's 200- and 400-yard medley relay teams that finished third ... won the 100-yard butterfly 10 times, including versus Navy (Dec. 8) ... was a double-winner at the Zippy Invitational (Dec. 2-4), winning both the 100 fly and 200 fly ... placed runner up in the 100 fly at the ECAC Championships (Feb. 23-25) ... also took third in the 200 fly at ECACs ... finished off his memorable junior season by placing 20th in the 100-meter butterfly at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials ... clocking of 53.96 meets the FINA "B" standard and gives him the opportunity to qualify for the U.S. Army's World Class Athlete Program (WCAP).
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Enjoyed a "breakout" sophomore campaign, swimming the butterfly events ... earned a spot on the All-Patriot League first team after winning the 100-yard butterfly at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 17) with a personal-best clocking of 48.70 that ranks second all-time at the Academy ... also won the 100 fly against Rowan (Oct. 2), Lehigh (Jan. 14), Bucknell (Jan. 15), Drexel (Jan. 21) and at the George Mason quad-meet (Jan. 22) ... turned in a total of nine top-three finishes in the 100 fly ... also achieved personal-best times in the 200 fly (1:49.17) and 200 IM (1:54.67) at Patriots ... clocking in the 200 fly ranks as the fifth-fastest in program history.
2009-10: (FRESHMAN): Turned in a strong freshman season, competing primarily in the butterfly and individual medley events ... placed sixth at the Patriot League Championships (Feb. 20) in the 100 fly with a personal-best 50.09 ... posted personal-best times in both the 200 fly (1:53.82) and 200 IM (1:58.59) at the Patriots ... established PRs in the 50 fly (23.97) and 100 IM (56.63) in midseason meet against Georgetown (Jan. 22) ... clocking in the 50 fly was the second-fastest recorded by an Army swimmer all season ... also swam the 200-yard backstroke ... touched the wall with a personal-best time of 2:00.29 against Lehigh ... helped the Black Knights to a victory over UMass (Oct. 24) with second-place showings in the 100 fly and 200 fly ... posted three top five showings as Army swept its season opening meet versus Stony Brook and Vermont (Oct. 9).
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: 2009 State Swimmer of the Year in Northwest New Jersey ... Senior National and Junior National qualifier ... won state championships in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM as a senior at Vernon High School ... finished sixth at junior nationals in 100 fly ... swam for the Aqua Gems club team for 10 years ... garnered three All-America honors in the 100 fly, 200 IM and 200 medley relay ... three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-America and All-State performer.
