2018: Placed 10th at the Maine Dual, crossing the line at 26:30.3...finished 14th at the Army Open, clocking in at 25:07.3.
2017: One of five athletes to compete in all five meets in the season… earned 10th at the Maine Dual meet with a time of 26:13.2… timed in at 25:22 at the Paul Short Run which was good for 188th place… at the Navy star meet clocked in at 24:34.7 and placed 12th overall… claimed 33rd at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 25:31.29… ended the season at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 35:12.6 in 174th place.
2016: Competed in two of six competitions… Kicked off his freshman campaign at the Iona “Paddy Doyle” Meet of Champions finishing 45th… Against Navy finished 23rd with a time of 26:19.91.
High School: Runner up at the 2015 NYSPHSAA Class C Cross Country Championships. Sixth place finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the 2016 NYSPHSAA Track and Field State Championship.
Personal Bests: 3,000m steeplechase - 9:23.88, 3,200 meters - 9:26.30.
