Joshua Hayes enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Army Men’s Basketball program after a two-year stint as an assistant coach at The Citadel (2020-22).
Hayes also has made stops in his coaching journey at Barton College as an assistant (2018-20) and Emmanuel College as an assistant (2017-18).
Hayes also saw time coaching high school basketball. Hayes held the role of Head Varsity Basketball Coach at Southern Alamance High School (2015-17) in North Carolina. He also served as the Head JV coach and assistant varsity coach at Terry Sanford High School (2014-15).
Hayes received his degree from Fitchburg State University and later received a master’s degree in sports management: coaching and athletic administration from Liberty University.
