Robert Williams

Robert "Robo" Williams joined the Army West Point strength and conditioning staff in the summer of 2021 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Williams came to West Point from the University of Toledo, where he served as an assistant football strength and conditioning coach. While at Toledo, he assisted with the coordination and implementation of the strength and conditioning program. He additionally monitored student-athlete nutrition, worked closely with athletic training and led workout sessions for the specialists group.
Prior to his time with the Rockets, Williams had stints at Cincinnati (2020) and Robert Morris (2019). He additionally worked at the Center for Active Spine Health as an Exercise Physiologist in 2017, assisting the physical therapist assistants with exercises for injured patients.
Williams has a master's in exercise science from Ohio Dominican University, which he completed in 2015. A Miami of Ohio alum, he walked onto the football team as a sophomore and earned a varsity letter his junior year. Williams graduated from Miami in 2014 with a B.S. in kinesiology and health.
He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
