Panker was promoted to defensive quality control coach before the 2025 season.
Panker spent 2024 as a defensive analyst on the Army coaching staff, supporting the previous quality control coach with opponent film breakdowns and weekly scouting reports of opposing offenses. On the field, he worked with the cornerbacks, safeties, and scout team wide receivers.
Prior to his time at West Point, Panker was an assistant coach at Iona Prep High School in New Rochelle, N.Y.
Panker graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, in 2023.
